The Kaizen Partnership Ltd (Kaizen) is a training and consultancy company   established in 2000. We are dedicated to making a difference within communities, through a range of work with young people, professionals and community leaders. Our work includes the areas of education, employment, regeneration, housing and the care field. We offer creative, highly practical and successful interventions via our unique workshops, training programmes and multi-component projects. 

We have designed and delivered many types of work for a deliberately wide range of clients within the statutory, private, and voluntary sectors. Our strength is in developing bespoke programmes to fit the specific and individual needs of our clients and the participants.
